Where does my tour go?

Our Tour is 15 miles. We see nearly all of Asheville. Downtown, The River Arts District, Historic Montford, and the famous Grove Park Inn. And sweeping views of from Sunset Mountain

Do I need to already know how to ride a Bike?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You will already need to be a proficient Bike rider to participate. We do not offer lessons outside of pre tour training at this point.

Question 3

Is there an age requirement to ride ebikes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Riders must be 16 Years or older according to NC Law.

Question 4

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Accepted Answer

To cancel your tour and receive a full refund you will need to cancel withing 24 hours of your Tour start time.In the event of inclimate weather (Defined as not safe for riding) We will either offer a different time / date, or a full refund.

Will the Tour be Narrated?

Yes! We love sharing our city with you!! Throughout your tour we will stop and tell you about the history of what you're seeing, including where to shop, eat, explore ect

Inclement weather policy

In case of inclement weather we offer a reschedule or full refund. However in case of light rain we will run, and ponchos are provided. If you do not want to ride in light rain we will offer different times and dates if available.
